Perfect, sugar free, tasteful and melting almond butter fudge! I love every kind of fudge, but this one is special. Full of protein and calcium for strong muscles and bones, is good for all of us!
This a basic almond fudge recipe, which you can enrich using your favorite nuts and dried fruits even. We prefer cacao nibs and goji berries!

60gr melted odourless coconut oil | |
1/5 tsp vanilla bean powder | |
pinch sea salt |

Add all the ingredients to a bowl in the following order and whisk to combine well: almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla powder, salt and agave syrup. |

Place parchment paper in a food container or baking tray of about 20x25 cm as shown in the picture, and pour the mixture in it. If you wish to add nuts or fruits you can sprinkle them on top of your fudge at this stage. Place the fudge in the freezer for at least 30 mins, longer if possible would be even better to allow it to harden more so it will be easier for you to cut it. |
