-

This is one of my favorite sweets, a five star experience! When I first saw this recipe, I thought it was interesting, when I tried it I fell in love with it! With tahini, dates and coconut butter, filled with all “the good stuff” this recipe goes into the list with the very nutritious sweets that are good for you and also help you boost your metabolic rate.
It’s preserved in the freezer, so you can make many and enjoy them anytime! It’s also convenient when you have a party or a dinner planned and you want to make some of the treats a few days earlier, to save you time and energy on the day.
The only thing I did not like, is that it contains instant coffee, which I don’t drink and do not give my kids of course. So I tried to make it with barley drink, well known to substitute coffee and it came out brilliant! So, pick your favorite barley drink and use that instead of coffee. That way, your kids can enjoy these too.
After adjusting the ingredients and getting them to fit my liking, I present you with these incredible tahini cups with date coffee filling. Indulge yourselves!
