500gr raw strawberries
-
120gr agave syrupor honey

Last year, we started hosting healthy cooking workshops with a friend of mine, Stella, who is a great source of inspiration to me! She used to be a rawtarian, for many years, know a lot about healthy cooking and makes delicious main dishes and sweets. As we share a common passion, we thought we’d join forces!
All the participants were thrilled, they liked all the recipes, but one of them was the most impressive: raw strawberry jam! I used to make puddings and creams with chia seeds but I never thought of using them to make jam.
As the strawberry season starts, it’s the best time to try this recipe and enjoy all its benefits.
Stella, thank you for the inspiration!
