Delicious walnut cookies to go with your coffee or tea. These are all made from oat bran, honey and nuts.
Great school snack for the kids or treat at a tea or birthday party! They are also gluten free as they contain no flour.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. |

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees celsius for 15-20 mins depending on the oven. They will further harden when they get cold. |
