Ingredients

Delicious walnut cookies to go with your coffee or tea. These are all made from oat bran, honey and nuts.

Great school snack for the kids or treat at a tea or birthday party! They are also gluten free as they contain no flour.

Ingredients

200gr walnuts very finely chopped
50gr cashews finely chopped
17gr cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
100gr almond butter
180gr honey or agave syrup

Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add the honey and almond butter and stir well with a spoon. Use your hands to form your dough at the end, and wear gloves if you have some.

Form your cookies on parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees celsius for 15-20 mins depending on the oven. They will further harden when they get cold.
